(2) taking into consideration only the income and the value of the liquidities of the minor where legal aid is required by that person or for his benefit(a) for proceedings under the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1) or the Youth Criminal Justice Act (S.C. 2002, c. 1); or
(b) in the context of any other case or recourse, if the interests of the minor are opposed to those of his father or mother or, as the case may be, those of the person referred to in section 2.
